How to take care of my jewellery?

Lepus Jeweller products are made with the finest precious metals and stones. They are strong and robust enough to be cherished for more than one lifetime. If you handle with care you will be able to enjoy longer it’s polished and reflective beauty.
Clean with water and a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
Please note the following additional considerations:
All jewellery pieces can be cleaned with warm water (not higher than 30°C). Using a brush is not recommended. Dry completely before polishing with jewellery polishing cloth (specific and adapted - 50% polyester/50% nylon, soft touch).
Care instructions: store your piece in the box provided at purchase to avoid scratches. Store each piece separately to avoid abrasion caused by other jewellery pieces in your collection. Protect your piece from external shocks, as this can affect the setting of stones and dent the gold (the higher the Karat of the gold the more softer it is). Apply fragrances or cosmetics before wearing your jewellery, allowing sufficient drying time to avoid direct contact between them, and avoid exposing your jewellery to high temperatures. Even if something comes to happen to you fine piece, there is no place for worries as the beauty of gold: can be polished to perfection again and again. For such services or any other specific care please contact our Customer Care Center or your trusted local jewellery workshop craftsman.
Authentication & Certification of precious metals & stones
Lepus Jeweller is a officially certified precious metals and precious stones dealer No:7526 by the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Bulgaria, a member state of the European Union.
As such we issue a Certificate of Authenticity card with every jewellery piece we sell. Unlike most, Lepus Jeweller uses a high security magnetic strip plastic card, including information for all specifications of your piece.
Where due, for diamonds above 0.5 Carat we will accompany them with an official Gemological Laboratory Certificate (depending on your chosen product). A few of the most common are: GIA, IGI & HRD
How long will my jewellery be crafted?
Our jewellery artisans will take between 2 to 5 weeks to create your precious new bling. This is a very highly skilled and dangerous process, where we’re dealing with molten precious metals at temperatures of 1064 °C, before moving to manual processes of forming, filing, assembly, metal setting (diamonds & sapphires), polishing and finally quality control. The end result will be something outstanding and special - coming to life, just for you.

We are able to ship our products worldwide with 24h Express Insured Delivery.

Important information for shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU States: All orders are invoiced in euros without the VAT. Customs processing fees and the valid VAT will be charged to the customer by the responsible customs. For orders from the United Kingdom a minimum order value of 100€ applies.

We accept all major credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard and AMEX trough a secure payment system.
Additionally we offer payment option with Apple Pay. This is a mobile payment service by Apple Inc.
And finally you have the option if you so prefer to make a payment trough a bank transfer.
You will be requested to select your preferred payment method during the checkout process, and presented with the necessary steps. Please follow them until you get a order confirmation to ensure you have completed you purchase.
What is your return policy?
This Returns and Exchanges Policy details your options on how you can cancel a contract with us, how you can return your purchase, and your rights in relation to obtaining a refund or exchange.
At Lepus Jeweller, our customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Hence we have implemented a strong multi level quality control (QC) procedure. We hope you enjoy the products you order!
However, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are a customer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and have made a purchase via the Sales Channels, this is considered to be your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
